Fitness Events (No Puppies)

We have a wide variety of fitness services we can provide to your group or team.

From Pilates, a variety of yoga styles, nutritional classes and sound bowl meditation we recommend reaching out to explore out options.

Puppy Play Events

We host Puppy Play and Cuddle events, perhaps the MOST fun events we host.

Puppy Play and Cuddle is 75 minutes of free flowing cuddles! We can bring the dogs to you, or you can come to our studio. Any day or time, we can organize ethically found (by our in house dog coordinator) puppies for a fun event.

Puppy Yoga

We host both Puppy Yoga and simply Puppy Cuddle events.

Puppy Yoga involves 45 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of play, Puppy Cuddle is just 75 minutes of free flowing cuddles!
